ABOUT MICHELLE
Helping Midlife Women Understand What Their Body Needs
and Age Stronger with Confidence
I believe every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, listened to, and supported - especially during the seasons of life when everythings seems to be changing.
As women move through midlife, many find themselves juggling career demands, family responsibilities, caaregiving, and changing health needs, often while putting themselves last.
I know this because I've lived it too.
There comes a point when the advice that used to work no longer works. Your body changes. Your energy changes. Your priorities change.
And yet, you're expected to keep doing it all.
You are not alone.

My Story
I'm Michelle Ong, founder of Wellness by MOO.
I am a wife, mother of five amazing children, mother-in-law to one, and a passionate advocate for helping women to take charge of their health in a way that feels sustainable, realistic, and empowering.
Like many women, I've experienced the challenges that come with balancing family, work, and personal well-being while navigating the changes that midlife brings.
Through my own journey, I discovered that health is not about perfection, restriction, or following someone else's plan.
It's about understanding what your body needs and learning how to work with your body, not against it.
Today, it is the foundation of the work I do with my clients.
Why I Do This Work
What energizes me most is seeing women experience those powerful "aha" moments.
The moment they stop feeling confused.
The moment they realized they don't have to do this alone.
The moment they begin to trust themselves and their bodies again.
The moment they discover that their body does not dictate who they are and who they can be.
I love helping women move from overwhelm and uncertainty to clarity, confidence, and action.
Because health isn't just about living longer.
It's about living well.
It's about having the energy to enjoy your life, care for the people you love, and continue doing the things that matter most.

Who I Help
I work primarily with midlife women who:
-
Feel tired, overwhelmed, or stuck
-
Are navigating perimenopause or menopause
-
Want to age stronger and maintain their health for the future
-
Feel confused by conflicting health advice
-
Want support, accountability, and clarity
-
Are ready to stop guessing and understand what their body needs
Many of my clients are part of the sandwich generation—supporting both children and ageing parents while trying to take care of themselves, their career or business.
They often arrive feeling exhausted and disconnected from their own needs.
Together, we create a practical path forward.

My Philosophy
I believe:
You are not broken.
You do not need another quick fix.
You do not need to follow someone else's blueprint.
Your body is constantly communicating with you.
When you learn to understand those signals and work with your body instead of against it, meaningful and sustainable change becomes possible.

"My goal was to heal my acidity. Michelle worked closely with me by guiding my daily meal plan, enhancing my physical activity, and even addressing some of my medical concerns. I was really impressed by how much she knows about health and it gave me confidence to fully trust in her advice. The biggest tangible change I experienced was the comfortable feeling I had in my stomach which I have not felt for quite some time. Oftentimes before, I would get acidic every so often but since she influenced the type and amount of food I eat, I stopped getting my acid attacks."
